Currently residing in the Northern Territory, she has offered dedicated assistance since 2015, utilising her deep knowledge in education, disability advocacy, and community services. Davida specialises in managing educational transitions and is devoted to creating inclusive spaces where every young person can flourish. Having previously worked with professional teams across the ACT, NSW, and QLD, she remains deeply focused on helping your family thrive. She offers genuine, empathetic listening and collaborates with you to ensure your children feel capable and protected. Karen is a proud Wiradjuri woman with a strong commitment to working respectfully alongside individuals, families and communities. She is dedicated to building safe, trusting and meaningful relationships, particularly with people experiencing vulnerability, and brings warmth, integrity and cultural respect to every aspect of her work.With more than 20 years’ experience across education, training, community services and advocacy, Karen brings a broad professional background and extensive training in supporting children, adolescents and families through times of crisis. Her practice is grounded in empathy, respect and a genuine commitment to helping people feel heard, supported and empowered to build strength, resilience and connection.Based in Far North Queensland, Karen is passionate about strengthening family and community connections. She believes that access to culturally safe information, practical support and clear guidance enables individuals and families to make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
